餐廳在元朗形點I 地面,半開放式,佈置了台灣的山水風貌,非常特色。地方開揚,座位寬敞舒適,我最喜歡半圓形卡位。服務員穿上印有“我愛台妹”字樣的T裇,平添趣味。餐牌上都是別具特色的台灣美食。「松露玉米起司蛋餅」,蛋餅餡料是粟米芝士,外面淋上松露沙律醬,松露味香濃,多重口感,味道特別。「擔擔牛肉麵」,牛𦟌肉爽而不靭,非常入味,配上蟲草花、豆腐,麻辣湯底特別惹味,更勝一般湯底。麵底選了台式刀削麵,麵質爽滑彈牙,口感奇佳。「櫻花蝦麻辣魯肉飯」,超多櫻花蝦和魯肉舖滿飯碗,還配有糖心蛋和酸蘿蔔。櫻花蝦炸脆香口,香辣的魯肉飯又醒胃,好味!「伯爵茶凍芋圓」,份量足夠二至三人的果凍拼盤,材料豐富:有黑珍珠、綠豆、麻糬、愛玉、啫喱、花奶等,口感多樣。吃完辣味,再吃甜品果然份外滋味!「宇治抺茶牛乳」,綠茶味濃郁,牛乳滑溜,口感不錯。在悠閑的下午,舒適的環境中,享用精美的台灣美食。
