To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. －烤北京填鸭半只 $178 9分小編我前前後後係大陸同其他國家都食過幾多次北京填鴨，個人認爲美中鴨子既勝出之處不是鴨本身，而是包住青瓜醬汁鴨肉的那層皮。皮與皮之間有紙隔住，根本不用手慢慢將兩塊皮撕開，就可以好輕易摞到每一塊。（serious speaking 真係唔係間間可以做到甘）。層皮真真真係好彈牙，薄身兼光滑。In term of 鴨皮，油脂分量不會太多不會太小，表皮烤到脆BOBO。你只要輕輕一咬落去，d鴨既油脂如泉湧。鴨肉好juicy 1 D都唔會太乾身，基本上你可以見到d鴨既精華係圍繞住d鴨肉。真係好大推。但深圳一間名為 “吳莊 “既餐廳，佢地既烤鴨係用果木去烤，所以層皮係有果木果層香味，所以相比之下，美中鴨子9分。－糖醋小排骨 $70 10分佢地既小排骨係帶點肥瘦，如果驚肥既女仔就唔好嗌啦。小編好中意食半肥瘦既肉，配上酸酸甜甜既醬汁，個人覺得美中鴨子既糖醋排骨比廣州南京大排檔更加滋味。－芙蓉賽螃蟹 $118 9分小編我真係未見過一間餐廳可以放甘多瑤柱，啖啖一定會食到瑤柱肉絲。蛋白係做得出色，滑而不overcooked。依個配飯真係摞你命三千。
