To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這幾年香港的餃子店越做越出色、但個人認為明發小食的餃子可謂獨當一面、何解、因為我從來沒有去過一間餃子店所有餃子都是現造現包 、 叫一碗包一碗、不是一早包定、材料極為新鮮、尤其椰菜餃子甚為出色、水份剛好椰菜爽脆到好像食薯片一樣湯吃可以,煎也可以、四邊金黃色,生菜魚肉可謂另一樣名物、第一口湯底略帶清淡,但有後座力、鮮味慢慢湧上嚟、碗仔翅真正做到有懷舊感覺,稠身,手撕雞豬油渣麵用料十足、豬油渣鋪面盤滿缽滿,🍜爽滑、個人認為如果豬油渣能夠混合一些炸的會更開心辣菜脯也是自家製、金城帶甜、18座辣到乸胃、明發的帶點麻、各有千秋略嫌自家製豆腐花稍微遜色, 總結一絲不苟,價錢10分親民,絕對是香港寶藏之一
