至於晚市則有這個「A4牛魔野原燒」,看圖片就知道雪花多美了,在火爐上稍為輕烤就可以,牛肉仍保持嫰紅,燒好後放入盛滿了蘭王雞蛋和蘭王醬油的碟子,蘸一下蛋漿,牛肉更添嫰滑美味,套餐跟白飯、前菜及湯,吃完牛肉之後,何不索性將蛋漿豉油往白飯裡送?這樣吃都夠我滿足一整晚了!

笫一次試,唔洗唸便試了二人晚餐C set,$1100. 套餐包了A4和牛海膽刺身兩件,和牛和海膽都好新鮮,不錯。跟住食蘋果和牛他他,略嫌牛肉沒有什麼味道,還要自己搞的,法式的做法就會有點酸或鹹的味道。之後上A4野原燒及三藏和牛盛宴。牛肉肉質都新鮮最後上了黑松露肉碎炒飯,沒有好大的黑松露味,反而好喜歡雞脾肉,好嫩滑,是曰本的。由於餐廳不是很大,大部份都是預訂枱,所以記得訂枱先去。

唔知咩咁高興,今晚決定豪豪佢,走去食和牛燒肉。坐下來先點飲嘢,慢慢想食乜。鳳梨梳打特飲及生薑蜂蜜茶各一,大杯抵飲又好味,鳳梨嘅味道很濃郁,足料。侍應教我哋先燒牛後燒豬,否則豬的膠質留在烤爐會黏住,學到嘢。我哋先燒牛香蔥牛舌,把椒鹽鳥髀肉放旁邊唔會咁易燒燶雞皮,又係侍應上菜時叮囑,真心感激。牛舌上加了蔥汁燒完冇咁乾,好好味。椒鹽雞髀肉醃味好,口感很香又嫩滑。黑毛豬頸肉非常好,肉質好,有口感,我成功烤到微焦,香氣十足。最後來一份辣豆腐海鮮湯,再加一碗白飯食,感覺完美飽肚,正!海鮮湯辣辣地,豆腐極之滑,蝦大隻又新鮮,青口一樣好,湯夠熱唔油。大吃一頓真開心。
