至於晚市則有這個「A4牛魔野原燒」,看圖片就知道雪花多美了,在火爐上稍為輕烤就可以,牛肉仍保持嫰紅,燒好後放入盛滿了蘭王雞蛋和蘭王醬油的碟子,蘸一下蛋漿,牛肉更添嫰滑美味,套餐跟白飯、前菜及湯,吃完牛肉之後,何不索性將蛋漿豉油往白飯裡送?這樣吃都夠我滿足一整晚了!

今日同朋友去咗尖沙咀做嘢,經過棉登徑記得曾經同自己講過,如果經過呢度一定要再幫襯佢,所以就拉咗個朋友一齊入去食。😝今次叫咗泡菜煎餅、日式炒烏冬、香蔥牛脷、黑毛豬頸肉、美國 Prime 醬油牛肋骨。泡菜煎餅 ($75) : 餐前小食,香脆可口,不過要趁熱食,凍咗冇咁好食。😋日式炒烏冬 ($65) : 材料有冬菇、魷魚、蝦、洋蔥、木魚絲、蘿蔔絲。烏冬炒得唔錯,熱辣辣之餘唔會太黏。香蔥牛脷 ($85) : 牛脷紅潤有光澤,而且厚薄適中,食落味道有啲似牛肉,不過就多咗份柔軟嘅口感係牛肉比唔到嘅。黑毛豬頸肉 ($130) : 平時食開燒肉都係叫腩肉,所以今次就試試豬頸肉,估唔到相當有驚喜。豬頸肉燒過後,邊邊位脆口得嚟帶點焦香,而且肉味濃郁之餘又嫩又多汁,我同朋友都一致覺得好好味 😍 呢個價錢對得住個質素。美國 Prime 醬油牛肋骨 ($198) : 食得燒肉牛肋骨當然走唔甩,呢度嘅牛肋骨超正 😍 牛肋骨本身已經用醬油醃左,而且肉同油脂嘅分佈幾平均,加上店員主動幫我哋燒,時間就掌握得更好 👍🏻 肉質軟嫩多汁,燒完直接食就已經可以。兩杯梳打特飲味道唔錯。

黑毛豬頸肉 ($130) : 平時食開燒肉都係叫腩肉,所以今次就試試豬頸肉,估唔到相當有驚喜。豬頸肉燒過後,邊邊位脆口得嚟帶點焦香,而且肉味濃郁之餘又嫩又多汁,我同朋友都一致覺得好好味 😍 呢個價錢對得住個質素。

今日約朋友走去尖沙咀名店牛魔 Yakiniku More晚餐。這次是第二次同朋友去,印象依然咁深刻。我地揀咗二人餐單,美國prime醬油牛肋骨 $198厚切豚肉五花腩 $130香蔥牛舌 $85一客櫻花餃子 $65日式炒烏冬 $65柑橘soda特飲,鳳梨soda特飲。。。其中美國prime醬油牛肋骨份量十足,一人一大卷厚厚的見到就心動,剛好人客未full,所以廚師有時間好有心機咁介紹點樣烹調先夠火候。我們都虛心學習,邊看邊試試如何點鹽跟醬汁配搭肉食。餃子醬油配搭櫻花餃子,入口彈牙多汁,上面好多紅海蝦乾包圍住餃子,幸福感滿滿的啊!各款肉類份量很豐富,夠食又不太油膩,燒烤爐剛好把過多的肉油擠出,留下一陣甘香的油封住肉汁吖!五花腩豚肉燒8成熟味道最佳最安心,油脂豐富,又香又彈。豚肉五花燒到兩邊上下香噴噴,適合加鹽用生菜夾住一次品嘗牛肉就6成剛剛好,廚師教路可以拆筋肉出來獨立處理,非常細心。牛舌薄片稍微烤一兩分鐘。大火烤到少脆,入口又濃又香。最後埋單是一大驚喜,竟然300蚊也不用,完全收貨啦!
