最近鳗鱼季,专程来吃活鳗六种做法。选了「普宁豆酱焗鳗鱼」,酱香浓郁,鳗鱼肥嫩不腥,入口即化,豆酱的咸鲜完全逼进鱼肉里,是忍不住连吃三块的那种好吃。「莆田荔枝肉」酸甜适中,外酥里嫩,咬开还有微微肉汁,不是那种厚重的粉感,很可以。「芋泥鸭」真的惊喜!外层酥脆不油,芋泥绵密香甜,裹着软嫩的鸭肉,蘸一点桔油,咸甜交织,口感层次很丰富。「香煎走地鸡」煎得香口,鸡皮脆、肉质紧实,简单调味但很有鸡味。扁食汤加了福州鱼丸,汤头酸酸的很开胃,鱼丸弹牙、肉馅饱满,一碗下去很舒服。甜品推荐「枇杷冻」!清甜润喉,不会过甜,吃完油腻来一口很解腻。「银耳羹」也炖得软糯,温润顺口。饮品点了夏日特饮,第二杯半价:▪️蔬果汁(蔬菜+菠萝)清爽解渴,不会太甜▪️红毛榴莲汁酸甜特别,香气很足,值得一试
