To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到去既時候,其實侍應們唔係太忙,但企係到係冇人理架,最後需要自己搵位坐,然後叫人黎幫手執枱,最後都叫左3次先有人應等等餐牌非常單一,只有呢張餐牌同另一張常餐,常餐戈張我冇影到相,因為係對面朋友張枱到,呢間冰室主要賣一啲炸物,三文治,常餐等,聽講全日餐牌都好單一,我地係晚上6點去食既其實餐牌單一不是問題,常餐係香港既特色,只要做得好食,都有一定的客人會黎幫襯,但呢碗通粉仲難食過其他茶餐廳既常餐,通粉非常淋,碗野最多只可以話係少少溫,上菜速度好快,5分鐘內就出左。多士一面有烘,一面冇烘。常餐做法算係簡單,都可以整得甘唔好食店內環境有明星海報同相片做裝飾,但甘既水準只夠明星效應,似乎差啲!
