To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到太子飲下午茶容記小菜王是一個很好的選擇,位置便利,食物好食,價錢又公道,食完仲可以行花園街,非常充實。今日介紹幾個必食之選:第一:必食店內特價及推介的容記燒賣王,一籠有4粒,大大粒,一粒要分幾啖才可食完,材料新鮮,是必食之選。第二個必食的是這裏的燒鵝,所以叫了個燒鵝米粉:米粉好幼好嫩,與平時食的那種不同,燒鵝有肉香味,D肉亦吾霉,不沾酸梅醬也已經很好味了。第三個是乾炒牛河:牛肉爆香後才回鑊炒,故邊緣有些焦香,加上我喜愛的韮黃,這碟乾炒牛河無得頂!海蜇手絲雞,爽脆兼沒有沙的海蜇配上芝麻手撕雞及青瓜,這道小菜作為餐前小食非常不錯。XO 醬炒蘿蔔糕、义燒包、春卷,均是飲茶大眾化的食物,這裡也能找到,而且水準也不錯,值得一試!
