To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知係咪經app訂枱有折,所以被安排坐較近門口窄窄地嘅2人卡位,有折咁算啦。早到攞位,被問飲乜,我話要熱水,佢俾左一壺水同一隻有半片檸檬號杯我。第二位黎到都係要熱水就俾多隻杯,冇半片檸檬。埋單冇特別睇細項,返去先見到2杯熱水收左60大洋。未試過去咁mean嘅5星酒店餐廳。drink list 有sparkling 同distilled 嘅價錢,但熱水算乜?冇標明憑咩收?仲要落單冇預告要收費,真係可以報海關。食物正正常常嘅,但個waiter硬係要將個有歴史痕跡嘅menu擺係碟上真係唔開胃。一入去已經攞開抹過,落單時又話要介紹又鋪番係枱面,可能張枱太細,蓋過哂d碟同餐具。都經歷左covid 啦,點可以咁冇sense。咁嘅餐廳試過就算喇。
