To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋四個人,決定咗一齊試吓中菜,因為實在太耐冇去過酒樓食嘢,咁我哋就預咗四個人每人比百幾蚊到,就揀咗間質素好少少嘅酒樓。最後我哋總共叫咗三個餸一個係 芝士焗長腳蟹烏冬非常邪惡嘅芝士醬🤣芝士味勁濃!!用嚟撈烏冬真係一流,烏冬好彈牙,連我唔鍾意食芝士醬嘅人都覺得好食!而且唔會太滯。長腳蟹嘅兩隻腳好輕易就甩咗出嚟,唔使開,仲要都幾大條。其他部份就要用工具去開,蟹肉唔算好多,但係蟹味濃。二係 金沙脆蝦球用蛋黃醬去炸既蝦球,脆得黎好惹味,入口仲係熱。一碟都有十幾粒,幾抵食😀 三係濃湯海鮮雜菜煲過住健康人生嘅我,呢碟可謂係我嘅最愛!雖然佢唔似其他餸咁惹味,但係佢有菜心,娃娃菜,同埋唔同嘅青菜,仲有菇,海鮮有帶子、蝦等等,仲有粉絲!所以我覺得價錢係抵嘅,仲要係食得飽,我湯都飲埋😆😆整體來講,呢一間酒樓係有質素,而且服務態度都唔錯,入到去會上一層,坐樓上位,我哋琴日去,都係好多客人,爆曬位,所以都覺得整體感覺係唔錯

一個係 芝士焗長腳蟹烏冬
非常邪惡嘅芝士醬🤣
