To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早就已經喺openrice度搵左呢間日本野,專登預先打左電話去訂枱第一次打時係大約1:00pm,打嘅時候同佢講晒想訂幾點幾多位之後話叫我1個鐘後再打黎2:00pm時我再打左個電話訂枱我覺得兩次聽電話嗰個人(應該係同一個人黎)冇乜禮貌同無心機聽我講野,但可能我打去時佢地lunch time太忙,所以都無損我要去食野嘅決心 去到的時候,職員話要等,我諗坐左5分鐘倒,bar枱有客人走,職員就想安排我地坐bar枱(我覺得佢地應該無尊登留位俾我地,而且訂枱時都無提起過要坐bar枱,唔同客人有唔同喜好,問聲會好啲)後來等多大約10分鐘,安排左我地同另外三個人坐一張大枱(其實有啲搭枱feel,加上嗰三個人嘅其中一個成餐飯係咁喺度自吹自擋,聽到佢講野有啲辛苦 )坐低左就即刻叫野食,最先黎到嘅係sukiyaki牛肉鍋($88) 職員幫我地係上面淋左隻生蛋,然後擺番個蓋焗佢牛肉鍋個湯味道甜得岩岩好,唔會好似出面啲放題咁樣個湯好甜好甜搞到好漏,但係啲牛肉可能因為焗得太耐嘅關係有少少韌蟹籽沙律(唔記得幾錢)幾好味,而且蟹籽同蟹柳嘅分量都ok,唔會話食食下已經冇曬蟹籽同蟹柳 另外叫左兩客三文魚腩壽司($1

另外叫左兩客三文魚腩壽司($18*2),一客火炙三文魚腩壽司($18),一客火炙芝士蟹柳壽司($15),一客芝麻醬帆立貝壽司($18),一個唔知咩芒果三文魚天婦羅卷($58) 
壽司都好新鮮,好味,而且我覺得價錢都幾實惠,但我覺得個芒果三文魚天婦羅卷個味道好怪,男朋友幫我食晒


另外值得一提既係有一個剪非常短頭髮差唔到好似平頭裝咁樣既員工,帶住灰/啡/綠色眼鏡嘅(隻顏色好複雜,分唔到)好似有啲燥,反應超級冷淡同埋唔係好理人

埋單連加一$342.1,野食就ok,但服務真係可以改善
