To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一心想試呢間飯店好耐,什麼老字號又咁多人讚好,食物不外如是,服務每個侍應生都黑口黑面加好悔氣.首先叫左二人套餐,蛇羮一般無特別,再黎臘腸煲仔飯,豉油無味,臘腸勁硬,雞勁乾.南乳雞煲係全晚至好,但好油,勝在南乳夠濃.最後紅燒豆腐,同茶餐廳小菜無分別.我仲叫左個咸蛋三寶飯打包,都係好難食.D叉燒勁乾,唔知燒左好耐?離譜~!
