To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海鮮!海鮮…海鮮!已整餐晚餐來說,達99.9%都是海鮮,先有貝殼類:刀背蚌、青口、元貝,以往不願意吃青口的我,因為這款青口味道確是有點不同,非常新鮮而且沒有腥味,令我對青口有點改觀而且還大膽放落口!刀背蚌略帶多海水味,完全不用加豉油。後有主角爆膏龍蝦,仲有兩款招牌蟹,分別是饅頭蟹和爆膏黃奄蟹。其實饅頭蟹比較細隻但是蟹肉鮮甜無比,另外黃醃蟹實肉而且多膏,清蒸蟹確是原汁原味,總是覺得在家很難蒸到這個剛好的程度!這裏的店員每次都按時間蒸煮每樣海鮮,完全懶人餐⋯⋯最啱一家人或者四知己吃吃、談談、嘆嘆!
