To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情期間無得食晚飯,唯有提早約埋朋友去銅鑼灣食蒸氣海鮮鍋,今次去咗🦀️《蟹仙》🦀️疫情關係,衛生都好重要,見到餐具會作高溫消毒,放心哂😊!海鮮套餐有幾款選擇,而我地就點咗個尊貴海鮮餐$439!有齊🐠魚、🦐蝦、鮑魚、貝類、蔬菜和粥底等等...而最吸引既當然係呢隻(澳洲花龍蝦)🦞🦞大大隻又多膏,平日可當刺身食用,肉質夠實又彈牙😋而龍蝦頭亦可放係粥底,提升鮮味!(大黃奄蟹)賣相已經好吸引,為咗保留海鮮最純粹嘅鮮味,用蒸氣石碢烹調海鮮,過程中不用加任何調味料,只是將石碢底下嘅蒸餾水煲滾成蒸氣再把海鮮蒸熟,就咁食已經好鮮甜美味😋!最後海鮮嘅精華,喺蒸煮過程中會流到底層粥底,所以就可以品嘗到充滿鮮味既海鮮粥啦👍🏻👍🏻!
