帆立貝 (Scallop)
絕對係海鮮類嘅首選。依到嘅帆立貝燒完唔會變到好細粒，而且保持鮮嫩彈牙嘅質感。伴以蒜蓉亦令味道更加鮮甜。
The scallop is definitely the first choice for seafood. It will not contract much after you grill it, and the texture remains soft and bouncy. Together with garlic, it brings out the sweetness and freshness of the scallop.

加拿大 Prime 雪花牛 (Canadian Prime Grade Beef)
肉類之中嘅首選，入口富油香但又唔會過膩，質感好軟熟同嫩滑。
The Canadian prime grade beef is the first choice among all meats. It has a strong aroma of oil while it won't taste too greasy. The texture is extremely soft and tender.

蛋伴生牛肉 (Raw beef Slightly Flavoured)
將蛋同生牛肉攪拌之後，生牛肉嘅質感變得更滑溜溜，而且減少對生牛肉嘅抗拒感，味道更係令人意想唔到嘅好食。
After stirring the egg together with the raw beef, it smoothens the texture of the raw beef. It tastes unexpectedly scrumptious.
