好耐無食韓燒喇。突然間心思思好想食,於是去咗尖沙咀都頗有人氣嘅高麗軒韓國料理去食晚飯。我同女朋友兩個無book檯,直接walk-in入座,好彩去到時,時間尚早,未算太多人。入咗去無耐就坐滿哂喇。由於係平日星期一至買晚飯時段,所以收費係$248一位,另外再加咗$68任食升級推介menu嘅食物。食物同飲品嘅選擇都非常之多,豬、牛、羊、海鮮、蔬菜都有。除咗生嘅食物,仲有一品料理、湯類、飯類等等。一坐低就俾咗前菜,有韓國菜最常見嘅泡菜、辣蘿蔔、青瓜、芽菜同埋豆角。每款前菜都好好食,食完仲可以再添嫁。升級推介嘅食物當中,帆立貝、加拿大Prime雪花牛同加拿大3A雪花牛相當之唔錯。帆立貝加上咗蒜蓉,燒熟後吸收哂蒜蓉嘅香味。兩款嘅雪花牛雖然各有特式、但都係油花分佈均衡、入口嫩滑、充滿油香。另外推介俾大家嘅有蒙古羊肉同牛肋骨肉。蒙古羊肉預先用醬汁醃好,燒好後少少甜甜的,而且完全食唔到膻味,大家真係要點依個嚟食。牛肋骨肉係我另一推介,雖然肉香不級升級menu嘅加拿大Prime雪花牛同加拿大3A雪花牛、但牛肋骨肉嘅油脂分布絕對唔會比兩款雪花牛肉差,入口油香而不膩。因為燒肉食嘅意欲太強,所以都無咩叫到熟食。其實有好多款熟食都想試,但最終都只係點咗牛肋骨湯。牛肋骨湯同附近街嘅韓國料理餐廳一樣處理得好好,湯滲透住好香濃嘅牛味,無得彈! continue reading

好耐無出街食飯,最掛住係韓燒!(因為係屋企無辦法煮到韓燒的效果同味道🤣)同朋友發現到呢間係尖沙咀的任飲任食韓燒,晚市都係每位$248加一,有唔同嘅肉同海鮮。有別於其他韓燒店,呢度仲有韓國一品料理、石頭鍋同炒飯等任食,講真係其他韓國餐廳普通食個料理都>$100/碟,所以呢度性價比都幾高~好易吃回本喔😋-首先會上五碟(共六款)韓國小菜開開胃,可以無限添食咖!我最中意食泡菜同韓式菠菜😗-肉類 :淨係食牛都值回票價!遠超我對平時食任飲任食牛肉嘅期望!牛肉質素高,幾款牛咬下去都有嚼勁,牛肉味濃🐮牛舌燒起黎都好爽口~厚薄剛好。牛肋骨有醃過,好入味👍🏻豬方面,有辣味五花腩、豬頸肉、豬扒、豬排骨等,辣味五花腩真係一再encore,燒起上黎好惹味喔!基本上全部肉類都算高質,而且切的厚度剛好,所以燒起黎都會食到脆身。仲可以包生菜食中和返油膩感,生菜都好新鮮!-建議大家可以加$68升級⬆️雖然本身任食食材都不差,但升級就可以再試更高質的六款食材,例如羊架、紅炆牛肋骨、加拿大3A雪花牛等。淨係re-order 以下呢幾樣都抵😋▪️加拿大Prime 雪花牛牛肉色澤唔錯,雪花紋理分佈平均,燒黎食有油脂香。▪️帶子同帆立貝都幾鮮甜~-海鮮類:海鮮都有幾款任食!有海蝦、鮮魷、秋刀魚、墨魚仔等,基本上都幾有鮮味,最推介係海蝦同鮮魷,爽口唔會好韌。-料理方面,中場嗌咗兩個湯品清一清,飲完再食第三round 肉🤣▪️豆腐辣湯豆腐份量幾多,豆香味濃,唔會太辣。▪️牛尾湯清清地,配料都多,同朋友好快飲哂~-飲品種類都多,上菜速度都好快呢!一定會再黎食,Encore Encore😋 continue reading

還記得在中學畢業的時候, 約朋友們在這裡吃完任食韓燒之後, 再去諾士佛台喝酒的日子. 那時候的無憂無慮, 彷彿將升學和將來前程放在一旁, 全不理會, 那是我最放鬆的日子. 過了十多年, 諾士佛台的酒吧因武漢肺炎變得冷冷清清, 週邊出奇地變化不大, 而高麗軒依然健在. 和女朋友在一個下著綿綿細雨的晚上, 來到這裡, 內裏的裝修和油煙味, 與外面的環境, 猶如將時光定格在那無憂無慮的美好時光. 除了價錢以外, 味道及氣息也沒有甚麼改變, 我最喜愛的依然是那醃得深紅的墨魚仔, 口感爽彈, 麻辣惹味. 牛小排雪花也不少, 比起其他肉類吸引, 煎起來油滋油滋的聲音, 再加上脆香的口感 , 是自己對火喉控制的自信呢! 有時吃下的不只是為了美味, 也是為找回回憶的老味道, 偶一為之也算是一種享受呢! continue reading

Also, they serve food at a fast pace, where you don't have to wait for a long time.◽️韓國料理放題 (All You Can Eat) $248 + $68 升級推介 (Chef's Choice)◾️帆立貝 (Scallop)絕對係海鮮類嘅首選。依到嘅帆立貝燒完唔會變到好細粒,而且保持鮮嫩彈牙嘅質感。伴以蒜蓉亦令味道更加鮮甜。The scallop is definitely the first choice for seafood. It will not contract much after you grill it, and the texture remains soft and bouncy. Together with garlic, it brings out the sweetness and freshness of the scallop.◽️加拿大 Prime 雪花牛 (Canadian Prime Grade Beef)肉類之中嘅首選,入口富油香但又唔會過膩,質感好軟熟同嫩滑。The Canadian prime grade beef is the first choice among all meats. It has a strong aroma of oil while it won't taste too greasy. 限聚前要同朋友相聚一番,滿足下自己,今日黎食個久違既韓燒一開始店員會給予幾碟小配菜,有蘿蔔豆角、酸蘿蔔、泡菜等,全部都開胃同可以配燒肉食,另外亦有一個醬汁,帶偏酸既口感,食燒肉個時點下可減低膩感✅帶子小粒既帶子燒左之後更惹味,而且新鮮鮮甜唔會韌✅牛肋骨肉、加拿大prime雪花牛牛肉新鮮,厚度適中,咬落唔韌,加埋生菜、泡菜加面鼓醬,包住食更加滋味✅多春魚、魚柳魚類解凍都好全面,魚柳厚肉嫩滑,調味唔會太濃;多春魚條條都飽滿多春,encore左一次✅熟食:蛋包蝦蛋味好香,再包裹住成隻蝦,蝦肉結實,但有少許油膩,如果再篩一篩油會更好✅雞肉雞肉調味唔錯, 而且大部分脂肪同皮已經切左,燒完唔會太肥膩🌟總括嚟講食材新鮮,肉類選擇多,鐘意食牛既更加會鐘意,有多款牛選擇,同時亦有熟食同湯類,價錢合理,值得一試 continue reading
