To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 專誠來到太子的米芝蓮容記小菜王食午飯貪佢午飯有些送個燉湯便要了一碟义燒併燒鵝飯燉湯超級正撈起湯料:有蟲草花多條鮮雞一大件煲湯瘦豬肉大大舊可能我是early bird早鳥有好野食又酸讚自己超精明雖然隻燉碗大大個崩口好唔米芝蓮但湯一丁點都唔油很配合我這優雅女食客舊雞雖燉透仍發出好雞味俾我食晒瘦肉完全出晒味就算了主角出現可惜根本未合格义燒很實甜但肉質太硬很多不過唔好食得個甜燒鵝不明點解有蘇味可能近尾段全部最好係個送的燉湯同埋我坐左個無敵好景位單價57元茶每個6$加一服務費變左69元
