難得假期齊人,於是約埋屋企人一齊黎觀塘飲茶。酒樓環境空間闊落,唔會坐到好迫。門口用中式拱形設計,氣派十足。雖然酒樓係觀塘工業區同埋開中午11點半,但假期都幾多客人,早少少黎到或者提早訂定檯比較好。茶壺有火熱住,茶唔怕凍晒。茶位$18一位。鮑粒啤梨咸水角 ($48)啤梨造型好得意,外皮炸到香脆,入面依然保持軟糯,餡料係鮑粒同埋冬菇粒等等,同傳統咸水角好唔一樣。百花釀魚肚($50)魚肚好厚身,魚肚上面鋪左大大舊蝦滑同放左蝦子,口感好豐富。魚肚煙靭,蝦滑爽口彈牙。帶子菜苗餃($50)帶子菜苗餃好大隻,帶子好厚身。咖喱蒸土魷($46)咖喱味濃郁,土魷彈牙而且份量好多,加埋起碼有十舊。底仲鋪左麵根,將咖喱汁同土魷嘅精華吸收晒。張公子叉燒腸粉($55)腸粉皮薄而且細滑,叉燒餡料勁澎湃。叉燒淋身之餘仲好香蜜糖味。豉油係分開上,客人可以按自己口味添加。
