To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有晚約左朋友係油麻地附近見面，但又唔知道有啲咩嘢食，咁咪上網睇吓啦，結果俾我見到呢間有live band表演嘅樓上coffee shop/西餐店，見好似幾有特別咁，就決定上去試下啦！話佢隱世係因為佢上去舖頭條路有少少隱蔽，搵左一陣先搵到🤣🤣🤣雖然整間舖嘅面積唔係好大，但環境都幾好，座位之間都幾濶下。但由於我哋坐係佢個煮食爐附近，而佢又係open kitchen,所以油煙都比較大，呢度都扣左啲分😅我自己叫左個炭燒肉眼牛扒，我覺得不過不失啦，我今次叫左7成熟，佢都做到嘅，並無出現過熟情況，醬汁都幾好。本身以為煮菜會係薯條，結果原來係薯餅，而且仲整得幾脆下，唔錯👍🏻朋友就叫左蕃茄司華力腸長通粉，雖然貌相平平無奇（可惜唔記得影相），但朋友就話好好食，好有家嘅感覺🤣🤣最後我叫左杯特飲- 比利時特濃朱古力，貌相唔錯，有一層厚厚嘅cream,我當自己食緊甜品咁😊而整杯朱古力一啲都唔甜，仲帶有朱古力嘅甘味，整杯野飲都好正😍

我自己叫左個炭燒肉眼牛扒，我覺得不過不失啦，我今次叫左7成熟，佢都做到嘅，並無出現過熟情況，醬汁都幾好。本身以為煮菜會係薯條，結果原來係薯餅，而且仲整得幾脆下，唔錯👍🏻
