Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多年前,食過一次添好運,覺得佢啲點心幾好食。最近去多次,睇吓佢嘅質素仲keep 唔keep到。推介點心:1.酥皮焗叉燒包:都係添好運嘅最好食,食過其他茶樓,整得都冇添好運咁出色。2.香菇薑汁植物豬肉菜包:佢唔算好鹹,但真係好有薑汁味,包體好鬆軟,好好食。3.潮州蒸粉果:個皮好薄,餡料豐富,好食過其他好多酒樓。4. 陳皮牛肉球:牛肉球都唔錯,但係就冇前面嗰三樣咁好食,中規中矩。5. 金銀蛋瘦肉粥:出面皮蛋瘦肉粥就食得多,第一次見金銀蛋瘦肉粥。整體都唔錯,唔算好鹹。不推介點心:1. 蜜汁叉燒腸:腸粉整體偏油,冇咩米香味。2. 酥香素xo醬腸粉:佢係類似炸腸粉,食唔到XO醬味,整體偏油膩,食一兩舊已經唔想再食。3. 香煎蘿蔔糕:太削,一夾就散,蘿蔔糕冇咩料,唔值得食。
