今日喺尖沙咀見客,見完客同朋友去the one 食餐飯,本人幾鍾意食日本野,今次試下呢間宏。餐廳主打食日式烏冬甜品,見呢間餐廳用秋田米,一於點個燒汁鱈魚烏冬加飯既set,跟餐仲包一件抹茶忌廉卷蛋同一杯草莓紅茶。個鱈魚又滑又香,入口即溶,肉質好鮮味,一d魚鯹味都冇,燒汁味道剛剛好,配合上鱈魚,可以帶出鱈魚既鮮味,而且d飯好軟身,軟得黎又唔林,香噴噴。海藻烏冬好彈牙,但又唔會太硬身難消化~ 海藻本身無乜特別味道,但就吸去剛才鱈魚味既魚油感。 亮點喺個抺茶卷蛋度,綠茶味濃,且甜而帶甘,茶味香濃,而且蛋卷個cream 好滑好軟,甜而不膩。既然亮點喺甜品,食完卷蛋忍唔住再食多左個綠茶雪芳蛋糕,蛋糕比蛋卷軟身得多,綠茶味依然咁正,但少左個cream 就略嫌dry 左少少。這餐廳主食不俗,但甜品更為出色,下次要食多點甜品,食完今餐明天又要找數跑番幾k啦。

個鱈魚又滑又香,入口即溶,肉質好鮮味,一d魚鯹味都冇,燒汁味道剛剛好,配合上鱈魚,可以帶出鱈魚既鮮味,而且d飯好軟身,軟得黎又唔林,香噴噴。
海藻烏冬好彈牙,但又唔會太硬身難消化~ 海藻本身無乜特別味道,但就吸去剛才鱈魚味既魚油感。

亮點喺個抺茶卷蛋度,綠茶味濃,且甜而帶甘,茶味香濃,而且蛋卷個cream 好滑好軟,甜而不膩。
