To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 此店以小菜聞名,於2018年曾獲米芝蓮推介,不少人會來食它的燒肉。 不過今之次小弟是來品嘗它的傳統點心。 說實在,這兒點心的做工和賣相並不精緻,一睇相片就會知道。不過老一輩的傳統點心賣點是味道。燒賣王和乾蒸牛肉是個人認為最值得推介和出色的點心。燒賣王是這裏重點推介的點心,燒賣用上了一定份量的肥豬肉,咬了一口,燒賣軟而淋身,但有很香濃的肉味,很久已沒有食過這傳統的味道!而乾蒸牛肉在出面的酒樓已經買少見少,質感同樣是軟而淋身,雖然不及燒賣有很香濃的肉味,但點上喼汁,配上酸酸甜甜的味道後,亦是十分美味。至於其他的點心,味道也頗佳,燒鴨河粉的燒鴨亦皮嫩肉厚,不過乾炒牛河的鑊氣略嫌不足,但整體而言味道亦算唔錯。不過以下午茶計,10款食物收三百餘元就唔算抵食,但亦不算抵性價比。
