To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次朋友帶我去酒店食大閘蟹餐!餐廳位於銅鑼灣如心酒店!阿翁出名鮑魚就係人都知,估唔到仲有大閘蟹餐!阿翁超值蟹宴每位$980 !有六道菜式!1.生拆大閘蟹粉翅2.蔥燒百花釀遼參3.原隻江蘇大閘蟹(6兩)4.生煎薑蔥鹽香雞5.迷你蟹腿荷葉飯6.薑茶芝麻湯圓1.生拆大閘蟹粉翅打開就已經聞到香味! 見到金黃色嘅蟹粉翅已經覺得好吸引!見到好多蟹肉好足料!飲落好鮮甜!而且好濃稠好傑身!2.蔥燒百花釀遼參未試過咁樣食遼參!除咗上面有蔥花肉碎芡之外,入面竟然仲釀入咗蝦膠!外面彈牙,入面蝦膠有口感!成個組合好有心思!3.原隻江蘇大閘蟹(6兩)終於到大閘蟹!6兩重嘅大閘蟹公!打開蟹蓋見到有橙黃色同透明白白地色嘅膏!橙黃色嘅蟹膏甘香,透明白嘅蟹膏又黏又香!好想再食多隻!4.生煎薑蔥鹽香雞食完蟹之後,就有鹽香雞!一人一半!估唔到又幾好食!因為外面嘅雞皮煎到脆脆地!雞肉好滑!再加上鹹鹹地嘅薑蔥,好惹味!5.迷你蟹腿荷葉飯連荷葉飯都加咗蟹腳肉!荷葉飯好乾身,唔會好油立立!細細隻好似珍珠雞咁好可愛!6.薑茶芝麻湯圓最後就係薑茶湯圓!食完大閘蟹梗係要飲番啲薑茶!薑味好濃,一飲就覺得暖笠笠!芝麻湯圓皮薄餡靚!芝麻餡香甜

一人一半!估唔到又幾好食!
