Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 肥妹仔喺今日要同大家分享一個位於銅鑼灣如心酒店嘅小館,名叫「阿翁小館」嘅食評。喺呢度,肥妹仔嚟到咗試咗蝦餃、炸春卷、鯪魚肉紫菜卷同埋海鮮豉油王炒麵,而家就同大家分享下啦!首先,肥妹仔要講下個蝦餃。阿翁小館嘅蝦餃真係出奇嘅好食!蝦餃皮薄而韌,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,每一口都能夠感受到蝦嘅鮮甜。緊接住嚟講下炸春卷。阿翁小館嘅炸春卷有一個外脆內軟嘅絕佳組合。炸春卷皮炸到金黃酥脆,入口即化,內裡則包著香嫩嘅蔬菜和肉餡,每一口都帶來一種滿足感。配上酸甜嘅沾醬,更能夠提升整體風味,肥妹仔真係唔禁多食幾個!再嚟就係鯪魚肉紫菜卷。呢款菜式係肥妹仔第一次試食,但係真係大大超出咗肥妹仔嘅期望!鯪魚肉鮮甜鮮嫩,同埋配合紫菜卷,帶出一種口感層次豐富嘅滋味。加上啲脆脆嘅蔬菜,令整個菜式更加清新爽口。肥妹仔真係愛到不行,下次一定會再嚟食多幾個!最後,就係海鮮豉油王炒麵啦!阿翁小館嘅炒麵真係一絕!炒麵炒得恰到好處,麵條彈牙有嚼勁,配上新鮮嘅海鮮同埋香濃嘅豉油王醬汁,味道鮮美而濃郁,每一口都帶來一種滿足感。肥妹仔真係食到停唔到口,真係大推! continue reading

喺銅鑼灣行完街,肥雞同媽咪去試吓呢間如心酒店嘅中菜廳,阿翁小館,lunch去到當然要試吓佢啲點心。肥雞食咗個炸春卷,坦白講佢食物嘅質素係比一般酒樓好好多,正所謂1分前1分貨,佢入邊嘅芋泥同埋蔬菜絲請新鮮即炸出嚟配埋香脆嘅薄皮,每一啖都索索聲。再試埋佢個鯪魚紫菜卷佢嘅紫菜卷真係用全部鯪魚肉釀出嚟,一啲都唔腥,再配埋紫菜即炸即上,同街邊貨全部食粉一啲都唔同。佢嘅豉油王海鮮炒麵,真心一絕,非常之有鑊氣,豉油嘅香味配配埋熱騰騰嘅鑊氣,再加上啖啖海鮮,好食過響大排檔。 continue reading
