To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 體驗不是一般的差,未食過咁令人後悔ge 飯口味:魚翅只有重咸,鮑魚感覺還沒煮透,鮑汁也挺一般,吃起來我同食圍菜分別只係質量好d...就鵝掌和海參好一些,那乳鴿你看圖都能看出它有多乾...兩款炒飯,一款味道正常,乾濕度也可以,另一款估計是同一個飯底再炒一次,乾到呢….方魚炒芥蘭都可以整體食物水平...單純覺得食材好小小...廚房水平,可能比屋村酒樓仲差d服務:服務真係重點,一堆服務員只照顧某兩桌的乜生,七太 係佢旁邊叫都唔理,第二道菜上枱時候枱都唔幫你執,菜骨都唔收,去到上甜品諗住會幫你執枱,執完仲有條菜喺度服務員,衣服不統一,有人着制服有人單純着恤衫,有人更衣服上有有一大塊污漬性價比:食物質素保持唔到已經算數,但係服務質素差到令你嬲,差到無朋友,體驗不是一般的差,未食過咁令人後悔ge 飯 continue reading

在朋友介紹下訂了“阿翁小館”晚餐,餐廳在銅鑼灣如心酒店B1層,這晚的晚餐體真的令人難忘。我們點了30頭鮑魚餐。首先,砂鍋翅的湯頭濃郁,魚翅滑嫩,口感極佳。接下來的30頭吉品鮑拼鵝掌,鮑魚嫩滑彈牙,味道鮮甜,搭配滑膩的鵝掌,讓人回味無窮。最後,炸釀蟹蓋外酥內軟,蟹肉鮮香,層次豐富,讓我一口接一口。甜品蛋白杏仁茶,柔滑、細膩、入口帶有淡淡的杏仁香氣。整體而言,菜品新鮮美味,服務周到,經理細心介紹每一道菜式,是一個值得再訪及推薦給朋友們的飯店。 continue reading

平心而論, 很一般的品質, 點心非常非常普通, ($55-75), not value for money at all, 失望的期待, 冠着米星的食肆 但沒有驚喜的食品, 茶品也與一般酒樓相近, 可能此店的強項是小炒, 套餐或鮑, 参, 翅, 肚, 不然可免. 環境清靜因地方不大, 服務不錯與一般酒店無異, 只是食物質素有待改善. continue reading

經過無限次的小店,除夕夜冇特別安排之下就嚟試吓。一試就愛上了。 我諗佢嗰度主打套餐,有兩個選擇, 而每個選擇又唔同價錢depends on 鮑魚嘅大細。 我地各自揀咗$880 (25頭) 和$1180 (18頭)。 老實講,睇唔出大細有乜分別,所以建議食25頭就OK。 每一道食物都精緻,環境舒服,服務殷勤。我叫咗燕窩,老公叫咗紅燒翅,份量充足,如果散叫每份都要$500。90%相似嘅餐係另一間好出名食鮑魚嘅酒家要$1680。會和家人再來。 continue reading

一家四口夜晚去食生日飯,全埸食咗一個鐘都係得我哋一家人,心諗可能真係中伏。嘢食嚟到由頭至尾全部都冇一份好食,食物味道好鹹,鮑魚同鵝掌都炆得好鹹,嗰碗翅味道都係偏鹹,方魚炒芥蘭啲方魚燶咗,所以好苦,炸花膠完全唔知自己食緊乜,個炒飯又鹹又乾,真係求其一間茶餐廳都整得好食過佢。我哋加咗個壽包,但係啲壽包好硬仲衰過即食點心,所以真係明白點解成個鐘頭都冇人,其實我真係覺得佢哋嘅煮法係浪費晒啲食材,一定唔會有下次。 continue reading
