To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前成日都會去旺角排隊食添好運,直至佢搬左之後都好少再去...近來先知道原來香港站開左分店,同朋友又係附近做野,所以決定黎呢度試試第一樣要試的當然係令人懷念的酥皮焗叉燒包冇見一排, 稔左又少左涵喎,而且包皮過厚...煎蘿蔔亦退步到了一般酒樓的質素,冇食到太多蘿蔔條, 粉重, 十分失望黃沙豬潤腸水準依舊出色, 皮薄卻又盛得住沈甸甸的豬潤,豬潤經洗滌後沒有多餘的苦澀味,口感彈牙JUICY,要比個LIKE~鮮竹卷色澤暗啞, 腐皮過厚,咬下去非煙韌而係乾硬,不過幸好肉質還算鮮,不過又一道菜色降為酒樓質素...鳳瓜排骨飯飯粒分明,排骨JUICY冇公豬臭味,的確值得一讚

皮薄卻又盛得住沈甸甸的豬潤,

豬潤經洗滌後沒有多餘的苦澀味,

口感彈牙JUICY,

要比個LIKE~

鮮竹卷色澤暗啞, 

腐皮過厚,

咬下去非煙韌而係乾硬,

不過幸好肉質還算鮮,

不過又一道菜色降為酒樓質素...

鳳瓜排骨飯飯粒分明,

排骨JUICY冇公豬臭味,

的確值得一讚
