To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 港鐵太子站 C2 出口, 步行約3分鐘。容記小炒王作為米芝蓮,一向都咁忙!幾時都咁旺。食物質素梗係有返咁上下啦,叫返枝啤酒消暑,啤啤佢都絕對吾貴。今次叫左容記小炒皇,有蝦、有腰果,非常重料。同埋呢個中式牛柳試下。兩樣都好有水準,而且非常有鑊氣。次次經過太子都會去咁濟。野食夠熱、夠新鮮,即整即製冷氣又夠凍。大熱天時,點都會去食一食,人多又夠熱鬧,絕對適合一家大細,食物又吾會太咸,味道適中,係有質素既中菜👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻見到好多人食冬瓜盅,大大分而且材料多,下次再嚟嘅時候一定要試。燒肉亦燒得十分好食,起碼夠熱,外脆內軟。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
