聽朋友介紹,話有一間好好味,啱晒鍾意食海膽嘅人去嘅餐廳!身為海膽迷嘅我,立即book位同太太去試下。一坐低第一時間立刻叫咗杯生啤,為今晚開始晚餐嘅第一round !芝士年糕係用燒嘅方法去做出嚟,中間軟綿綿,外層酥脆。唔錯!另外,黑松露薄切魚真係好特別,第一次食刺身嘅面頭係加左黑松露,除咗更加特顯到刺身嘅新鮮之外,每一啖都等有淡淡黑松露香氣,清新又濃郁。最值得一提嘅係清酒鮑魚雞翼,呢一個真係啱晒懶人食嘅雞翼,因為師傅已經事先幫你去骨,入口啖啖肉,而且帶有清酒嘅淡淡香氣!就算食多兩隻都唔會覺得好膩。最意外驚喜嘅係甜品🍮,呢度嘅自家製手打雪糕,居然用上海膽做原材料之一,真係令鍾意食海膽嘅人,去到最後都依然係一個驚喜!忌廉味道濃郁之外亦唔會遮蓋左海膽本身嘅甜味,真係第一次食呢一種味道嘅雪糕🍦我真係好有機會會為咗雪糕再返嚟!正
