To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友相約一個地方教她廣東話,好吧,挑了這個名字有趣的地方。店在唐2樓,要走點樓梯,沿梯都有鼓勵你多走幾步就到了的小海報。門面雅緻清新,燈光舒適,菜牌是用濫了的康熙字典體 XD。食物,點了滷肉飯及拼盤,以及麻油雞麵線。前者整體不俗,朋友說滷肉飯和拼盤做得好,就是台式餐廳的脊樑骨。無法反駁啊。我的麻油雞麵線用的是不知道哪裡的料酒,怪怪的。建議點別的。飲品方面飲咖啡的話會送小餅乾。椅子方面,有木椅、籐椅和皮椅,木椅和籐椅更是以前教室裡、公務員寫字樓裡的那些,玻璃以至各樣陳設都匠心獨運。Things are quite well put and pleasant。
