香港好少有主題嘅餐廳,凡高廚房嘅環境好有特式,全部都係以梵高嘅畫作為設計,好多靚位影相打卡,幾適合一大班朋友食飯聚會。今日人少少兩個人,就一人叫咗一個晚餐set先嚟嘅係頭盤沙律,有薯仔沙律同挪威雪蟹田園沙律。薯仔好creamy,蟹肉沙律就好fresh,幾開胃跟餐嘅係雜菜湯,好多料,啲菜都煲到好淋同夠甜夠濃,比較健康。兩款主菜我地share一齊食香煎勺草格寧蘭比目魚柳伴 白豆牛油檸檬忌廉汁 呢個魚好有驚喜,分量十足!魚皮香脆,魚肉保留到肉汁同魚油,夠嫩滑。伴碟嘅牛油薯角炸得好香脆,沾滿香草醬,好惹味炭燒美國Prime護心肉柳,刺身帶子伴法國黃菌初榨山茶油配 炭燒大啡菇,意大利青黃瓜,沙律 護心牛柳好重肉味,肉質嫩滑。廚師燒得岩岩好,內帶粉嫩,juicy!刺身帶子好鮮甜,入口有溶化嘅感覺。配菜好豐富,大啡菇帶汁,其他配菜都烤得香甜。最後仲有甜品,泡芙同Natvia 法式焦糖燉蛋。焦糖燉將好滑,甜道都適中。餐仲配野飲,我地都揀咗花茶。日式伯爵茶玫瑰花茶/茉莉花茶清清味蕾,又可以消膩。性價比高嘅一餐,份量十足,環境特別舒服,值得再嚟!
