踏入12月,開始聚會的一個月份。今晚預約了鐵板燒和朋友相聚。點了日式和牛海鮮套餐,一碟又一碟在面前呈現。時令沙律:蕃茄仔酸甜,沙律菜新鮮,口感清新。茶碗蒸:質地細膩滑嫩,香氣濃郁。海鮮:鮑魚爽口彈牙,新鮮可口,配蟹肉海苔醬,味道更出色。大虎蝦鮮美,色澤吸引,虎蝦肉質飽滿,口感彈牙。而銀鱈魚肉質細膩,煎到恰到好處,少許金黃,散發淡淡魚香。鵝肝:油脂豐富的鵝肝煎完香噴噴,入口即溶,而多士香脆。和牛:A5和牛薄燒如絲般柔滑,入口即化,中間夾住香蔥和乾蒜,更加香口。野菜:南瓜、脆玉瓜、蕃薯,清新健康。炒飯:廚師於面前即炒,香氣四溢,米飯粒粒分明,蟹肉絲絲入味。湯:味增湯味道濃郁,配豆腐及香菜。甜品:梳芙厘亦在面前呈現,口感輕盈,充滿淡淡的奶香,配上甜蜜雪糕。
