早排响銅鑼灣Tower 535食吉列牛時見到段純貞牛肉麵就響隔離鋪!鍾意食台灣菜嘅我就緊係搵機會試呢間人氣過江龍鋪頭啦。餐牌封面寫住一句【獨門二十三香】意味著採用23種藥材製作牛肉麵湯底;而呢23種藥材制作出嚟口感香沉醇厚。原味牛肉麵$84呢到嘅湯頭用咗23種藥材濃厚得嚟仲配上手工麵,麵屬厚,長,粗;質感煙韌。而牛肉肉質軟又淋,感覺係經長時間慢燉滷製。青花椒香手撕雞乾拌麵$78花椒要做得好食,醬汁份量控制好重要;花椒落太少會唔夠味,而落太多又嗆喉。呢到嘅拌麵上枱時熱到出煙,加上秘製青花椒同少少醬油,食落惹味得嚟幾夾,最欣賞係配料有花生酸菜,令到味道多咗幾種層次。鹽酥雞$48鹽酥雞粉醬唔算好厚,入口啖啖肉,而個肉都似醃咗好耐所以好夠味;仲有好多我最愛嘅九層塔!珍珠奶茶/胚芽珍珠奶茶 $28/杯叫咗兩杯走租嘅茶,茶底幾香濃,珍珠細細粒唔算好多,整體好飲。銅鑼灣覺得遠的話,其實荃灣如心廣場同將軍澳MONTEREY都有分店!而且除咗牛肉麵都有好多唔同台灣菜式例如蕃茄牛肉麵,燉濃湯雞麵,雞紅油炒手,酥炸排骨之類;想試呢間過沮龍店鋪就一定要到訪試試啦。📍銅鑼灣謝斐道535號Tower 535地庫B
