「段純貞牛肉麵」銅鑼灣新店原來就喺人氣日本🇯🇵過江龍店「京都勝牛」隔離,上次去食「京都勝牛」時已經諗住下次試「段純貞牛肉麵」㗎啦。話晒係台灣🇹🇼過江龍,冇得去旅行唯有喺香港食頂住癮先😝😝▫️原味牛肉麵 (HKD84) - 麵類方面以牛肉湯麵為主。不得不讚個牛肉湯底,採用23種藥材及牛大骨來熬製,湯色香濃而唔油膩。每件牛肉都幾厚身,肉香軟腍又夠入味。麵條有兩款選擇 - 細麵或刀切手工麵。我覺得食湯麵嘅話揀手工麵會比較好,麵質彈牙及掛湯一流,完全吸收湯底嘅精華。▫️青花椒香手撕雞乾拌麵 (HKD78) - 乾拌麵揀咗細麵,麵條幾幼滑,配手撕雞食唔錯!味道雖帶點麻辣,但只係好輕微,可以吃小辣嘅人應該會接受得到。店舖提供多款台式小食,款款都咁吸引😋😋我哋今次食咗兩款小食👇🏻▫️滷水拼盤 (HKD78) - 一個拼盤有五款小食算幾多。鮮菌、滷蛋、豆干、牛肚同埋牛𦟌全部都吸收晒啲滷水汁,味道豐富。▫️酥炸排骨(HKD48) - 外表炸得酥脆,食落口唔會覺得好乾,反而會有多汁嘅感覺。配上酸菜一齊食夠開胃,我哋好快就K.O. 咗呢碟酥炸排骨🤪🤪食台灣菜點可以唔點飲品呀!▫️抹茶珍珠奶茶 (HKD32) - 點呢杯飲品叫咗少甜,對我嚟講甜度啱啱好。奶味比抹茶味突出,喜歡喝濃味抹茶嘅人可能會覺得味道普通。▫️凍頂烏龍茶(HKD30) - 其中一款養生熱飲,啱晒唔鍾意飲甜嘢嘅人!因為呢壺茶係冇落糖㗎,茶味香濃,可以幫助解膩。 continue reading

段純貞,幾個月前已經聽過,當刻登陸香港,記得喺荃灣分店一位難求,我冇諗過連牛肉麵都要排隊。 我以為日本拉麵魚生飯排隊喺常識,想不到台灣嘅牛肉麵都係風潮。無辦法,香港人,忙旅行,太久了。 以二十三種不同中藥造嘅湯底,好令人有興趣,同類朋友我想起林東芳,更叫人想念台灣。 聽人講銅鑼灣分店相對少人,是日放假,唔使排隊,就最好黎食,三點正好直入。 原味牛肉麵,睇個樣都幾好,最傳統嘅牛肉麵樣子,台灣嘅感覺。 用上幼麵最好,湯底濃度一流,蒜,薑,豆瓣同蔥嘅味道共冶一爐,好有台北的街頭感覺。 牛肉用上特別嘅牛腱心肉,勁大條,味道濃厚,基本上吃呢件牛腱心肉,都值得來一程。 麻辣嫩五花牛肉麵,上枱嗅到那個麻辣香已經夠了。選擇了手工粗麵,個人來說,兩個都不相伯仲,不過粗麵更掛湯。 點多一個鹽酥雞,水準正常,可能牛肉麵太搶鏡,呢個炸雞相對冇乜特別。 飲品方便,同老婆一人試一杯,胚牙珍珠奶茶同荔枝乳酸飲料各有所好,好處嘅係兩杯飲品都唔特別甜。 如果唔使排隊,可以再試多次,獨門二十三香,係幾特別。 段純貞牛肉麵 銅鑼灣謝斐道535號Tower 535地庫B01號舖 continue reading

2021年4月8日 星期四放埋呢幾日假又要開始準備返工既節奏,所以今日當然要出街食返餐好既,原本打算食銅鑼灣一間餐廳嘅自助餐,可惜去到先發現已經full左,唔接受walk in,咁唯有喺附近睇吓有咩好食點知去到Tower 535嘅時候,見到原來段純貞牛肉麵係果到開咗新舖,咁當然點都要去試吓啦,畢竟已經太耐冇返台灣啦,已經好掛住當地嘅食物好快就已經安排到入去坐低,睇返餐牌發現真係好正宗嘅台灣段純貞牛肉麵店,因為裏面既食物同台灣當地的店舖提供嘅食物差唔多,都係一樣可以選擇手工麵或者細麵,而且淨係牛肉麵都有好多選擇,我哋好快手已經每人揀咗一款麵,再加小食同飲品等咗一陣首先嚟到嘅係我點嘅拌麵,蒜香手撕雞乾拌麵,成碗麵俾上面嘅配料完全覆蓋晒,有好多大小不同的花生粒同碎葱,撈埋手工麵同醬汁一齊食,有好多口感,味道好豐富,食完唔會太口渴或者太鹹,麵條好掛汁,所以每一啖都好夠味老婆就要咗原味牛肉麵,我見到湯汁好似好濃郁所以就試咗少少,果然好重牛肉味之餘湯底都好鮮甜,老婆話牛肉仲好腍添!!我都見到每舊牛肉筋同肉既部分佔一半半,所以口感應該唔錯小食方面,唔於老婆唔食得辣,所以我哋將紅油抄手轉咗做雞湯抄手,雞味幾濃,而且雲吞吸收晒雞湯嘅味道,所以食落去夠晒味,又整到皮薄餡靚飲品方面我要左杯荔枝乳酸,酸酸甜甜咁,容易幫助消化,而且都幾大杯老婆就要左胚芽珍珠奶茶,見到成個杯面都有胚芽,下面既珍珠就佔左全杯既4分之1,都幾足料,老婆話飲落茶底唔錯,唔會太甜,加上有胚芽同珍珠,所以口感幾豐富成餐飯每人大約百幾蚊,一定平過食自助餐,而且仲食到台灣既味道添,唔錯!! continue reading

無得飛就嚟轉味蕾小旅行啦!講起台灣美食,除咗掃街夜市,又點少得紅燒牛肉麵呢?今次同A姐去到源自台灣新竹市,位於銅鑼灣嘅段純貞牛肉麵分店,創辦人為紀念已故祖母段純貞所創立嘅品牌,而呢度嘅代表當然就係濃郁嘅牛肉湯底啦!紅油抄手紅油抄手色水夠晒紅,聞落仲充滿麻香味添!食落唔算太辣,香料豐富,好有層次。抄手裏面除咗豬肉,仲有蝦仁,令口感大大提升。三寶麵呢度嘅招牌菜當然係牛肉麵,但貪心嘅我哋就試咗三寶面,除咗腱心之外,仲有牛筋同牛肚,夠晒豐富。至於上枱嘅第一件事當然要試吓個湯啦,呈深啡色嘅湯底,視覺效果已經感覺到佢嘅濃郁,原來湯底用咗23種唔同嘅中藥材、天然牛脂、老薑、八角、紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔等熬製而成,味道非常香濃,甚有層次。至於配了方面,份量非常足,牛筋入晒味,滑溜軟腍;牛肚爽口彈牙;腱心夠嫩滑,好驚喜。麵底方面揀咗手工麵,由於麵條厚薄長短不一,所以食嘅時候好有口感,非常掛湯,好滿足。燉濃湯雞麵除咗牛肉湯,呢度嘅雞湯亦非常充料!雞湯湯色清澈,雞味濃郁,絕對係精華所在。大大隻雞比預先斬半,食嘅時候非常方便。另外雞嘅生熟度啱啱好,雞肉非常嫩滑,好juicy!珍珠奶茶、抹茶珍珠奶茶食台灣野又點少得叫番杯珍奶呢?我同A姐分別叫咗珍珠奶茶同抹茶珍珠奶茶!珍珠奶茶嘅茶味香濃,又唔會太甜,比例啱啱好;但我哋更鍾意抹茶珍珠奶茶,因為抹茶味濃厚,好香濃! continue reading

段純貞牛肉麵 (English name: Duan Chun Zhen) is a Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant originally from Taiwan. It recently opened a branch in Causeway Bay so boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. I did go to the one in Taiwan so many years ago so wondered how this place compared.The menu is in English and Chinese with photos of all their food. The noodles you can choose from wide flat noodles or thin noodles. They also offer appetizers as well.I chose the Tomato Beef Noodles with Tendon and Shank ($88). There was a big piece of cooked tomato on top. The soup was rich and thick with a heavy tomato presence. It was more like a borscht. I chose the thick noodle and portion was a lot. The noodle clung to the soup well and was very smooth. The tendon was soft and melted in my mouth. The shank was so soft and tender.Boyfriend had the Braised Beef Noodle with Tripe, Tendon and Shank ($92). The soup wasn't too spicy and had an intense beef taste. He chose the thin noodle and we both agree. The thin noodle was a better match for the soup. The tripe was soft and tender. But again it was the shank that was the star. Literally one of the best we've had in Hong Kong.Price was pretty expensive but it tasted quite good. Comparable to the one in Taiwan? Pretty much but not as expensive. continue reading
