To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多謝喺中環返工嘅朋友願意遷就我,嚟金鐘呢個美食沙漠搵我食飯🥹 天氣開始熱,所以多數都喺太古廣場搵嘢食,見邊間唔洗等位就試下😂喺金鐘返咗幾年工,第一次食Dim Sum Library。因為睇餐廳外觀覺得似貴夾唔飽,加上定位係酒樓但唔少侍應講英文,第一印象會認為點心味道唔夠正宗😂今次兩個人叫咗黑松露蝦餃、薑蔥龍蝦包、流心海鹽焦糖朱古力糯米糍,同埋石鍋魚湯日本稻庭烏冬,埋單一人200零蚊,價錢喺金鐘飲茶屬於合理價位。整體嚟講食物賣相精緻,部分食物有新意,喺其他酒樓未見過,味道亦係正常新派點心店水準。最有驚喜係魚湯烏冬,因為冇圖片,本身擔心份量會唔會好少,甚至冇魚肉只有魚湯😂最後發現其實有唔少魚肉,烏冬質地爽滑,魚湯鮮甜,兩個女仔每人分到3小碗,絕對夠飽。唯一要挑剔係張枱比較細,如果再叫多幾款食物應該會唔夠位擺。
