To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長輩設宴,訂咗呢間美心皇官食晚飯,入到去比佢嘅環境吸引住,牆身白色配大型水晶燈,感覺雅緻,完全無同類型酒樓嗰種俗氣嘅感覺,枱與枱之間隔得好開,座位亦坐得舒適,值得一讚~~宏觀成個場,感覺上好似好多有錢人咁(除咗我^^),又有幾枱外國人,令我先入為主覺得呢餐飯一定好好食啦~~點知p.s. 由於我無睇過張菜單,所以唔知道每道菜嘅名,但有相睇~~上湯龍蝦配伊麵~~ 龍蝦味唔算突出,但總算新鮮,個上湯都幾好,唔係傑韃韃,味道同出面d酒樓差唔多,但伊麵真係出事,碎濕濕嘅,夾唔起咁濟,份量又少,一圍枱12人夾咗5個已經無晒,我都係分到兩條仔咋~~雞咸咗d, 仲有d(鞋),我試咗一件就收咗工~~桂花魚,基本上桂花魚係好難整得唔滑,但今次真係食到喇~~雖然去晒骨,食嘅都係啖啖肉,但會唔會就係呢個做法搞到條魚唔滑呢?條魚嘅味道都唔錯,但反而湯底竟然係淡戍戍~~~茶樹菇配油炸鬼釀肉餅 呢個我覺得最出色,嗰d一塊塊嘅肉外面,用咗疑似油炸鬼嘅物體包住,有少少脆口,內裏juicy, 真係幾好食~~飽魚冬菇小棠菜~~同婚禮酒席中嗰d差唔多,冬菇無酸味,ok~~茨汁唔(傑),飽魚唔腥,總算唔錯~~千島沙律醬花枝丸~

桂花魚,基本上桂花魚係好難整得唔滑,但今次真係食到喇~~雖然去晒骨,食嘅都係啖啖肉,但會唔會就係呢個做法搞到條魚唔滑呢?條魚嘅味道都唔錯,但反而湯底竟然係淡戍戍~~~

茶樹菇配油炸鬼釀肉餅 呢個我覺得最出色,嗰d一塊塊嘅肉外面,用咗疑似油炸鬼嘅物體包住,有少少脆口,內裏juicy, 真係幾好食~~

千島沙律醬花枝丸~~有d怪,好似格格不入咁,唔係好食,又未算難食lor~~

梅菜芥菜~~望落去真係有d清寡,唔明點解呢碟菜都可以用嚟設宴,芥菜入口苦澀,梅菜又咸,唔知想點~~~


成餐飯都食到"O"咗~~~返屋企仲要食消夜呀~~陰公
