To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍金華冰廳 一間比較耐歷史嘅冰室，每日都有好多人排隊買號稱香港第一金牌菠蘿油 🥯 菠蘿油($12)啱啱出爐 熱辣辣 賣相非常靚仔 一大塊牛油夾喺中間 超邪惡😈 牛油好重奶香味 菠蘿包皮脆酥化，又好有空氣感 兩樣野加埋好夾！ 😋 馳名酥皮蛋撻($6個）同樣啱啱新鮮出爐 蛋味香濃 甜甜地 皮脆 做到外脆內嫩嘅效果 非常好食 值得一試 👍🏻 得獎西多士 ($20)不過不失嘅西多士  份量都幾大 同樣都係有一大塊牛油放喺上面 可能知道拎過獎 對佢有D期望 味道一般 口感偏淋 有小小失望🤦🏻‍♂️正所謂飲啖茶食個包😂茶走($18)偏貴 💰 茶味濃厚 🍵口感順滑 雖然加左練奶 但一D都唔甜 唔會蓋過茶味 一啖茶 一啖包 香港特色嘅味道 😋
