To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣都開了蟹仙,餐廳主打野生海鮮,而且經常番貨流量夠大,所以keep到品質!由於夠新鮮鮮味,所以基本上用上豉油調味既機會係零呀!食番原汁原味,最好不過。有指引清楚列明每款蒸海鮮既時間,包無出錯!東星班,肉質夠嫩滑溜,充滿魚香不帶腥!台灣九孔鮑,新鮮彈牙有質感,蒸到剛剛熟,一 d都唔乾身,好掂!刀貝,蒸完後殼打開,盛住肉汁,非常鮮味帶咸鮮,肉質夠飽滿,一啖一隻熱辣辣,好好食好滿足!海虎蝦 size不大不小,但肉質夠爽彈新鮮,蝦頭帶膏,好正,蝦既香味好濃沃!蟹肉亦有大量膏,龍蝦夠大隻,肉質夠緊緻挺身,好新鮮,之後將龍蝦殼放在鍋底煲粥,更添鮮香。最後粥底當然沒有失望!無味精,雞粉,只加上青葱,就食得,亦食得出剛才蒸海鮮既海鮮精華,好美味。
