To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近想吃蒸氣鍋,去了尖沙咀的蟹仙!他們主打野生海鮮,煮的過程都是由專業的員工控制時間,不用擔心不熟/過熟呢!尖沙咀和銅鑼灣分店提供尊貴海鮮套餐,$449有十款食材,包括:.野生膏仔蟹.台灣花尾龍躉片.野生琵琶龍蝦.台灣九孔鮑魚.日本野生大赤蝦 .大西洋野生青口.紐西蘭刀貝蚌.黃金翡翠螺.韓國斧山珍珠蠔.有機蔬菜籃印象最深刻的是同樣來自菲律賓的野生膏仔蟹和琵琶龍蝦!奄仔蟹肉質爽口,蟹膏充滿咸鮮味🦀 而龍蝦雖然其貌不揚,但吃起來很甜🦞 其他例如鮑魚和螺都十分大顆彈牙,整體吃起來很健康原味道的感覺😆吃蒸氣火鍋最後當然是吸滿精華的粥底($15)!餐廳的海鮮粥原本已用上排骨、粟米和菜脯烹煮,加上之前的海鮮精華,喝起來非常濃郁!邊吃邊喝了香港製造的五花解毒茶($35),低糖而且清熱解毒,不錯!最後還送上椰汁雪燕,很滋補呢!
