To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 首先啲醬料 豉油根本係豉油水,冇味嘅都心知不妙。蝦每人得一隻,都算!生蠔臭臭地,蒸完都完全唔敢放入口扇貝上面 橙色醬有啲臭味⋯好難食!聖子係完全乾淨,食唔到鮮味!唯一好啲係隻蟹,正正常常!其他係好差!連菜同粟米我都覺得唔新鮮,都唔知自己成餐飯食咗咩!最後個粥底係最差 完全冇海鮮味 得個鹹味 成餐飯食到好谷氣,完全係馬虎材料,亦唔新鮮價錢亦都唔係平,我完全感受唔到餐廳嘅食物質素,本身以為開咗咁多年應該會有保證,今次真係好失望!! continue reading
