To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 識食一定以清蒸,可以吃鮑魚的鮮味,原汁原味,肉質彈牙,嚼勁十足。
正值青口當造季節,剛蒸出來的「大西洋野生青口」漲卜卜,味道份外清甜,吃慣雪藏貨色就感覺好大分別,新鮮青口肉質更富彈性。

蒸煮時間拿捏得10分準成,珍珠蠔剛剛熟,時間不多不少,其身型特別圓潤,咬落爽脆,內裡超juicy ,完全唔感覺到有腥味。

龍蝦肉雪白,肉質爽脆、十分鮮甜美味,蝦頭亦有不少蝦膏,我們索性把整隻龍蝦殼放入粥底內烹煮。

一打開蓋見到已經蒸熟機奄仔蟹是勁爆蟹膏,雖然我唔食蟹膏但係都偷偷輕嚐咗一口,口感滑如忌廉,味道好似豬潤,但多了一份鮮味,除咗食蟹膏之外,原來蟹肉都唔少,蟹鉗是我最喜歡嘅海鮮,鮮甜、啖啖肉真係好好味。

最後梗係要食埋個海鮮粥底,它就是將我剛才吃過嘅海鮮精華滴滴放在粥底內,粥底又香又甜又棉蜜,每人分得兩碗多,絕對足夠填飽肚子。
