To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大坑這區對我來說其實挺遠,好少特登去那邊吃飯。不過今日去探朋友,當然和她一試大坑美食。想要懷念昔日一起去檳城旅行的日子,所以選了間星馬餐廳。見到有個外藉廚師,應該十分正宗!店名也道出它的招牌菜,當然先點一個肉骨茶。小的份量也很多,而且非常足料,起碼有七八塊大骨/肉!湯底非常濃郁,藥材味十足但又不是很難入口那種,反而是喝出甘甜的味道,配上油炸鬼最好。難道它也有寫拿了肉骨茶大奬,果然有料到。另外叫了菠蘿鮮蝦炒飯,似海鮮炒飯多一點因各樣配料也很多。炒得不會很油。雖然不是甚麼驚為天人的炒飯,但大大碟又抵食吃得很滿足。再點了一個洋蔥油蔥餅,最初覺得我們沒有叫咖喱叫這個會否很怪,怎料很有驚喜!熱辣辣煎起,而且很香,不點醬汁也已經很好吃。當然再點它附上那個咖喱醬,帶點兒惹味又是另一種吃法。店員也主動提醒有promotion,按like便送飲品,我叫了一杯石榴梳打,甜度適宜,在這樣的大熱天又夠消暑!還是一讚是用不鏽鋼飲管,為環保盡一分子!
