To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司食團年飯,所以嗌左好多野~當中特別推介糟香酒醉雞,酒味好入味,個賣相都好特別,有個酒瓶擺住d雞,好有特色。片皮鴨雖然貴,但麻麻地,鴨比較肥膩,十個人食半份都差唔多,食一份太多食唔晒,因為食兩舊已經好漏... 另外推介雲南火腿雲吞雞,一碗有兩舊雞,個湯有香菜味,值得一試!甜品方面,高力豆沙略乾。服務都幾好,因為未齊人已經上菜,所以我叫waiter 用蓋cum 住d 野食,免得放涼,而佢地都好有耐性逐碟咁做。
