To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小炒王,位於離地鐵站都幾遠既地方,不過間舖都算幾大間,幾岩一家大細黎開張圓枱食飯,傳統中式酒樓菜式喇,有小炒,蒸魚,炒魚,燒味,岩曬一家大細,有老有嫩,特別係老人家就最鐘意食喇。環境方面,都係d正常酒樓格局,都算幾乾淨,起碼枱布都唔會話見到有污糟野,同埋夠白白淨淨。食物方面,叫左個避風糖炒茄子黎試下佢個炒功,睇到都炒得幾乾身,上碟一d油/水都無,做得唔錯,配料夠豐富,食落幾有鍋氣同香氣。色澤方面,夠曬金黃色,又唔係過火,味道方面,好夠咸香,送飯就一流。茄子內部都仲係好juicy,睇得出廚師控制火喉有一定水準。燒味方面,就叫左個燒鵝,唔好太瘦or太肥,食落肉質都算幾嫩,仲有唔少肉汁,性錢黎講就係無得彈,性價比幾高。
