和太座抽空飲餐茶,特別到這裏試一次,在酒店大堂乘升降機到頂樓,步出就看到接待處,我們去得早,還可以被安排在窗邊位,這裏地方寬敞,點心款式不算太多,但就新舊兼備,以酒店內的中菜館來計,價錢也算十分合理。有鑒於“開飯”綱頁的特色,對店舖指出不是、批評的文章,均有機會被視作為發放不實﹑捏造事實﹑惡意 猜測或含誤導成份,幸好這天點了六款點心,總體都算美味,對從不寫鱔稿、不參與免費試食的我,還可以不違背自己個人原則,如實寫出來,供大家分享。米綱銀蘿腸粉,用米紙包着蘿蔔絲炸過後始作為腸粉餡料,極具特色,有食炸兩的口感,腸粉皮略為偏厚,但也可接受,蘿蔔絲粗幼適中,味道却十分清甜鮮美。鮮准山蟹肉豆苗餃,餃皮煙靱,餡料中還有蝦,所以口感上除了鮮准山和豆苗的淋軟外還非常爽口,味道清甜,只是似乎蟹肉略小。芝士三文魚撻,芝士味道濃郁,但却沒有完全掩蓋三文魚的味道,加上撻皮香脆,入口香脆淋軟,口感變化多端,味道香濃粉芳。杞子肉帶燒賣,將帶子片釀於燒賣上一齊蒸,帶子新鮮,所以十分鮮甜,燒賣的豬肉爽口彈牙,汁液豐富。蜂巢芋角,表面鬆化香脆,內裏芋泥香味,加上餡料味道香濃,令人感受到鬆化與漿軟並存的口感,同時也食到清

老嗲醬白靈菇鵝掌,由落單到上檯,足足等了近半小時,所以絕對有理由相信這鵝掌是即扣,却可做到夠淋夠味可口,老嗲汁濃郁芳香,但頗為偏咸,白靈菇夠清甜爽口,雖然要略花時間等候,還算是值得。
