Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 父親節聚會。進去後並不是飯堂,是要乘電梯上一層的;環境:感覺不錯,挺整潔的,晚上人幾乎都滿了,可能迎父親節吧(我們有預先訂位置),但走路也不會太擠迫,所以樓面給個合格分多一分,四分;食物:之前早已聽聞這間是獲取米芝蓮餐廳了,看到眾多評論,也是揚挫皆佔半,是以也來嘗一下;它們比較著名的「燒味類」,我們點了個燒肉跟白切雞,咬下去挺香的,再深入我也不會分,但也不像評論說的一會是處,個對比上價錢,個人覺得,還是值得一嘗的;所以這裡給合格分四分;態度:不過不失,也沒什麼好評論的,合格分三分吧;這間還是可以一嘗的。
