一年一度spring dinner要一改再改至上星期先約齊腳. 地點阿水推介這間米芝蓮中菜食府.酒店中菜廳格調 - 高級及優雅舒適. 正x5, 賣相超讚, 蝦膠夠爽, 釀上魚片一齊炸可令魚唔會散, 魚與蝦非常夾, 用了蔥和菜苗墊底可減去油份, 伴碟既小棠菜扮相似蝦尾, 味道是全晚之冠, 果然係實至名歸 .另一受歡迎菜式. 炸蓮藕片超薄脆口食到唔停得口, 炸子雞外皮脆 不過肥, 肉質剛好唔過口鞋及乾, 雞味不算濃.2款煎炸菜後更係要來一個素菜中和吓, 這菜味道清新, 但我嫌蟲草花有草青味, 其餘配菜都是一般菌類菇類, 沒特別驚喜.這菜是我點的, 是是晚失望之作, 素菜大多以小鹽小糖去料理, 但今晚這道菜偏鹹, 蝦子是帶出這道菜的味道, 素千層是將腐皮一層踏一層切件, 配以秀珍菇, 雞脾菇, 小棠菜, 賣相唔吸引, 係暗淡燈光下完全唔知炒乜.食了幾款都沒夠喉, 所以點了個飯. 荷葉飯先拿來結我們看看然後分上, 沒了荷葉香味, 飯是一粒粒的, 炒得剛好唔過油, 附有兩隻爽口蝦, 四人分每人一大碗, 飽飽lu.個名好靚但味道普通, 上層似桂花糕, 裡面有一條條話係翅既物體, 下層係楊枝金露糕

個名好靚但味道普通, 上層似桂花糕, 裡面有一條條話係翅既物體, 下層係楊枝金露糕. 上面清甜下面濃味, crossover 咗又出奇地夾, 但最開心原來係睇住啲乾冰飄出一層層白煙幾過癮.

我覺得以這价錢是食環境, 食物只係配菜, 可能我地無試她們出名的魚翅菜色, 環境真係一流, 話晒酒店中菜廳, 格調都有咁上下, 客人質素都中高檔, services都ok.

下次會帶皇太后來這嘗嘗,
