又黎打邊爐啦～去旅行嗰陣時勁掛住大滾友既花膠雞湯鍋🐓返嚟緊係要會一會佢啦😚花膠雞湯鍋有半隻雞同埋勁多塊厚身花膠仲有一大煲鮮甜雞湯😋店員會喺你面前剪好一塊塊靚花膠落雞湯煮大約10分鐘就可以試吓湯底先🍲 原汁原味勁好飲之後就可以將雞件逐啲加落去雞肉嫩滑一啲都唔嚡口呢個個湯底真係世一! 每個人嚟到都一定要試呀!🫶🏻.牛肉拼盤有好多款不同部位嘅牛包括有牛舌骰仔牛黃喉雪花肥牛牛板鍵等等🐂牛舌好彈牙點少少辣椒豉油已經好好味骰仔牛咬落juicy 油花香氣十足牛板鍵牛味香濃有咬口.伊比利亞橡果豬又俗稱豚肉界嘅和牛食落一啲都唔似豚肉咬落好腍身而且肉味濃郁絕對冇平時我好驚嗰陣豬味👍🏻手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸好彈牙入面真係有粒鵝肝喺度款式非常特別.澳洲帶子片晶瑩剔透而且厚身下湯十零秒就食得鮮甜美味。.最後當然唔少得甜品就係火焰焦糖豆腐花啦!🤩細細桶既豆腐花上面加啲黃糖加少少酒再點火🔥好似火焰雪山咁睇得又食得豆腐仲好滑添!🤤
