下雨天最適合打邊爐,之前經過鳳攸南街已經留意到呢間充滿中國特色嘅邊爐店,忙碌左一日終於有幸食到。店舖雖然傳統風格,但入邊嘅邊爐配料同埋湯底就好有特色。湯底有平時少見嘅椰子番薯蜆濃湯、花膠雞湯,同埋我點嘅龍躉片木瓜魚湯,感覺好補身養顏。果然無揀錯湯底好清甜,趁未淥野之前飲咗幾啖湯!湯底有整個木瓜,木瓜煲咗好耐仲好甜。龍躉片都唔少,件件都好厚身,肉質爽口。同朋友有選擇困難症,決定點左兩個拼盤,分別係大滾友牛肉拼盤同埋大滾友海鮮拼盤。大滾友牛肉拼盤有安格斯牛肉、牛頸脊牛舌片、牛黃喉、牛展、牛肉粒同肥牛。歐美來講牛頸脊最濃。牛舌由於係薄切,所以好快就熟,口感嫩身。平時少食牛黃喉,原來係牛喉嚨軟骨嘅位置,外表有少少似牛柏葉,食落估唔到咁爽口。至於大滾友海鮮拼盤同樣好豐富,有六款時令海鮮,今日有蜆、蠔、帶子、扇貝、海蝦同聖子,望落好新鮮。配合海鮮嘅主題,我哋仲叫咗兩個滑,分別係手打黑松露墨魚滑同埋瑤柱乾貝滑。前者好濃黑松露味,口感亦都較彈牙。而後者真係有瑤柱係入面。打邊爐點少得響鈴、丸同埋餃。響鈴竟然都有拼盤,有傳統嘅響鈴同埋黃金響鈴。黃金響鈴即係鹹蛋黃響鈴即使淥咗一陣,濕咗,入面仲有鹹蛋黃嘅鹹香,比起傳統響鈴更加惹味。我哋不停挑戰自己,點咗三重芝士腐乳牛丸,好有驚喜。面頭已經有芝士條着標記。原本以為淥完之後會唔見晒啲芝士,點知一咬落去入邊都有芝士同埋腐乳,有少少爆漿效果。腐乳同埋牛肉味配合得唔錯,重口味人士表示好鍾意。下次去必食。另外點咗龍蝦餃,佢特別之處係用燒賣黃皮,包住龍蝦肉。我覺得相對普通餃子皮用咗燒賣黃皮口感比較硬身,唔會淥到個皮淋晒、爛晒。味道方面好Juicy。飲品方面點咗蜂蜜菊花茶一齊飲,清清地。果然連個茶壺都精美過人。下次去元朗打邊爐就有好去處!! continue reading

數數手指已經好一段時間沒有外出打邊爐了。 元朗的火鍋店也不少,不過數一數二高質的一定會想起大滾友火鍋。每次去大滾友打邊爐都很滿意!餐廳提供多款特色湯底和高質食材,看的人眼花瞭亂,每款都太吸引了!最後我們湯底選了椰子雞蕃薯蜆濃湯鍋。這個湯鍋實在太真材實料太足料!椰子雞、蜆的份量都很慷慨,每一口湯都是鮮甜無比,還喝得到椰子和蕃薯的清甜。未打邊爐前已經先行喝了好幾碗呢。火鍋配料方面點了極品四國牛肉拼盤。沒有預期過這個拼盤賣相會如此吸睛又澎湃,很適合打卡!拼盤包括來自四個產地的牛肉:日本飛驒和牛、澳洲和牛、韓牛頸脊柳和頂級雪花肥牛牛魔王必定一試!每款牛肉高質又香口,特別是日本飛驒和牛,油脂分佈平均又重牛味。另外點了其他配料:鵝腸很肥美又滑溜!珊瑚、桂花蚌雙拼很新鮮,爽脆鮮甜! 蟹黃餃,一份四粒。 粒粒飽滿,內含啖啖鮮味蟹黃,有驚喜!紫菜腐皮卷。口感和食法都很像響鈴,沾湯幾秒後已經能吸收不少湯汁,但沒有響鈴般油膩,不錯呢。還有少不了打邊爐必備的蔬菜,點了娃娃菜和油麥菜。配搭上火的火鍋,蜂蜜菊花茶也是不錯的飲料之選。整體來說,大滾友的質素真的很高,無論湯底抑或火鍋配料都相當令人滿意,服務態度也很好! continue reading

今日放工餓餓地咪諗住去揾間正啲嘅餐廳打邊爐,竟然俾我發現新大陸。餐廳內裡充滿懷舊風味的裝修, 環境新凈又企理, 感覺上有啲似回到民初時期, 令我即時諗起大台啲劇集。 佢係用手機掃QR code落單。一開始叫左個招牌花膠雞湯鍋,雞湯非常濃味,隻雞好嫩滑,花膠好爽口。食得出俾左好多心機去煲。職員同我哋講隻雞只需要煮多3分鐘就可以食。首先講下啲餃同丸,我哋叫咗蟹黃餃,蟹黃味好重,鍾意食蟹嘅朋友可以試一試。之後叫咗個三重芝士腐乳牛丸。芝士同牛肉味非常夾,好好食。仲有個手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸同手打黑松露墨魚滑,鵝肝同黑松露同墨魚味非常之夾,又係非常推薦。仲有,龍蝦餃入面真係有龍蝦,依樣野抵讚。小食就叫咗個即炸黃金響鈴,即係鹹蛋黃響鈴。炸得好脆,點啲雞湯食就啱啱好。跟住到最重要嘅牛肉。我哋叫咗一個日本黑毛和牛牛胸腹。和牛嘅油脂分佈非常均勻,只需要煮十秒左右就可以食。滿滿嘅油脂味佈滿整個口腔,真係好好食,非常推薦。牛舌亦都係厚切,好重牛肉味,好難得喺依個價位食到啲咁高質嘅牛肉。最後叫咗啲菜,鯇魚片,金菇,稻庭烏冬,都係正常水準。放落雞湯裏面吸咗啲汁,非常之好食。最後講下依間餐嘅服務。侍應點菜上菜時非常殷勤,不時幫我地倒水同問我地有乜需要,所以服務上我俾滿分!價錢黎講我地兩個人食左大概$1500。以咁高質素嘅食物黎講算係物超所值。所以整體黎講我對今餐嘅評分係9分! continue reading
