To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同一天經歷過 「蓮香樓」態度惡劣的侍應及需要粉身碎骨地去搶點心的經歷後,相比之下,這兒的服務態度及安排算是比較可以接受了。由於在蓮香樓只吃到三個點心,我及友人根本沒有吃飽,故轉到這間點心專門店繼續圓夢。星期六下午仍然很多人,由於位於機鐵香港站內,放眼過去全部都是遊客。幸好等了半小時左右便可入座,排隊期間可以先拿點心紙劃好點心,入座時交給店員安排上菜。上菜速度十分快,點心質素一般。酥皮叉燒包好味,但縮少了1/3。我心愛的糯米雞蒸得太濕太淋了食物才剛吃完,侍應便立即催促我們結帳,要不是帶著遊客也不會來這間分店。但對比起同區的蓮香樓,可以點菜不用搶點心已經算萬幸了。
