To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食片皮鴨,當然是到出名的北京樓,結果......有點失望而回北京填鴨 - 鴨很肥,皮與肉之間那層肥膏很厚,每次也要加工先挑肥膏再吃,頓時失了吃緻;炒鴨崧 - 二食之作,混了很多冬菇粒,紅蘿蔔粒,但炒得不夠香,肉崧亦淡而無味;黃金蝦 - 蝦很大隻彈牙,咸旦黃亦多,伴炒的翠肉瓜亦出奇地好味;炒豆苗 - 略油;小籠包 - 汁可以更多;素餃 - 無特別;高力豆沙 - 不太甜,幾好;雪糕楊枝金露 - 單吃楊枝金露更美味;除食物以外,侍應服務亦一般,常要叫加茶,連美心酒樓的水準也不如
