To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在將軍澳區,自從沒有了「金xx」後,沒有太多店舖能夠吃到有質素的片皮鴨。平日我會和丈夫二人一起吃整隻片皮鴨,今次,我們專程到訪將軍澳站,尋找這間以「片皮鴨」為招牌菜的店舖,看看這間店們的片皮鴨如何。最初,看見一隻鴨只能片出「兩堆」,估計這一隻鴨不太大,怎料,他是把皮和肉分開片的,皮下堆砌而成的肉也不少。不過,份量其實也不是很多。最後,我們還點了生煎包、擔擔麵和素卷,其中擔擔麵值「負分」,是我吃過最沒有「擔擔麵」味道的「水滾麵配少少擔擔配料」。一如以往,我會把鴨殼拿回家,自己在把剩餘的皮和肉撕下來抄飯或弄粉麵,去除肥羔後,把鴨殻煲粥。在這堆後期製作中發現「美中·鴨子」的鴨比起「金xx」少肥羔及較細隻。
