好多朋友都知道我好中意食燒肉, 所以當佢地知道佐敦新開左一間日式燒肉店之後, 仲要係提供獨家靚和牛「小田和牛」, 就即刻cap圖send 俾我🤣 最後我當然不負眾望, 即刻約齊班FD放工後一齊去嚐嚐鮮啦 😌係電梯出黎就見到一隻好大既黑色牛, 有D surprise 😅😅 牛既後面可以望到師傅處理食材既情況, 廚房環境都好乾淨同寬敞, 感覺好放心。另外我都幾欣賞餐廳既設計, 因為疫情關係, 我好怕同隔離枱座到好近, 但呢度既用餐範圍同埋走廊位置都好闊落, 行開行埋都唔會撞到人👍🏻點完餐之後, 店員都好細心咁提醒我地, 出面有個自助區域可以拎醬油, 飲品, 沙律, 甜品同埋我最中意既雪條! 行到出去真係「嘩」左出聲, 成個區域都好整齊, 款式好多好吸引, 好多樣野都好想試。而每個corner都fill好哂所有野, 我呢D有少少完美主義既人都覺得好舒服, 真係忍唔住影左幾張相😂。首先上枱既係兩碟前菜, 包括泡菜盛合 ($58), 同埋涼拌小食盛合 ($58)。味道方面, 我覺得泡菜果碟好食D, 尤其係個醃蘿蔔真係好開胃, 好食到我朋友膽粗粗咁問店員可唔可以refill 😆 (最後竟然成功左!

首先上枱既係兩碟前菜, 包括泡菜盛合 ($58), 同埋涼拌小食盛合 ($58)。味道方面, 我覺得泡菜果碟好食D, 尤其係個醃蘿蔔真係好開胃, 好食到我朋友膽粗粗咁問店員可唔可以refill 😆 (最後竟然成功左!😂😂😂)

第二樣上枱既係我覺得最最最最最好食既寶箱 – 「小田牛肩胛肉」! 🤤🤤🤤一開頭覺得一塊肉要二百幾蚊有D貴, 但見到幾乎每一枱都點咁濟, 所以我地都點黎試試。打開個箱果一下真係好有仙氣, 煙霧瀰漫, 勁有feel 同埋igable! 🤩 因為我地都未試過燒D咁高級既肉, 所以就向店員請教應該點燒先係最好, 而佢地都好好人, 除左講解之外, 但幫我地燒 & 剪埋! 太好服務了吧! 原來首先要係燒烤網上面塗一層油脂 (用餐廳提供既脂肪粒), 以免痴底。然後店員將呢塊「小田牛肩胛肉」既底面分別燒左半分鐘至一分鐘左右, 目測大概5成熟左右, 就可以剪開同上碟 🍽。我先試下唔沾任何醬料就食, 一放入口簡直係用「震驚」黎形容! 😳 點解可以咁好食! 🤤🤤🤤 牛肉入口即溶, 油香同牛肉既味道配合得岩岩好, 而且自帶少少甜味, 真係無得彈!!! 果然係一分錢一分貨, 暫時呢塊肉係我食過最好味既牛肉。

跟住上枱既係另一個好eye-catching既船 , 材料包羅萬有, 有雞、牛、豬、海鮮同埋蔬菜。以佢既價錢黎講, 性價比真係幾高, 因為D食材好新鮮, 唔會因為價錢便宜而hea你。而且呢隻船入面都包括左4個唔同部位既牛肉, 包括牛外橫隔膜, 牛里脊, 牛肋條, 同埋牛肋肉。就咁食肉類都值回票價!

呢個菜色又係另一個好多人點既「炙燒壽喜燒壽司」, 店員會即場用火槍炙燒生牛肉片。(又係一個好igable既菜色 😆) 我諗大概都係燒到5成熟左右, 牛肉岩岩開始變色就OK, 跟住就可以將塊肉捲好, 再沾埋壽喜燒蛋汁一齊食。又係一塊好好食既靚牛肉, 加埋日式既食用方法, 好似番左日本咁。(好想去日本 😣)

呢兩款壽司係香港比較少見, 唔係好多地方可以食到, 可能因為唔係間間餐廳既廚房都有能力處理到就咁生食既牛肉。就算有得點, 我都會有D hesitate… 今次朋友話想試下, 咁我都試試啦。我唔太分得清邊款打邊款, 因為味道好似差唔多。不過其中一款既筋比較多, 要咬一陣先咬得開。
